You can cancel the order within 2 days after placing the order. If your order has been delivered then you can initiate the return request.

You can simply initiate the cancel request at [email protected] with the subject line “CANCEL ORDER ID [Your Order ID]” from your registered email id. Or Contact us on HelpLine number  (+91)-9429320217

If you register with us using a mobile number then you also have to mention the mobile number in the email.

To change the order you can simply request to cancel the order and then mail us with a new product which you want to change with. We will adjust the balance amount with the changed products. If the new order amount is greater than the canceled then we will send you a new invoice with the remaining amount but if the amount is less than the new order then we will refund the remaining amount via UPI/Paytm/PayPal/Stripe Refund or Amazon Gift Card.

If you register with us using a mobile number then you also have to mention the mobile number in the email.

Once we receive the return request we will initiate the return process and arrange the pickup from the delivered address.

NOTE:

  • Not all products support return service. But we are sure at Paridhan Street 90% of products are returnable.
  • Return request should be placed within 5 days after delivery

We have the most reliable shipping service with us. And generally, it takes from 3 days to 8 days depending on your address and situation.

Our shipping service work in working days only which mean we are working from Monday to Saturday.

We have the most secure payment gateway service with us. We are supporting the following payment methods:

  • UPI (BHIM/GPAY/PhonePe/TrueCaller UPI/ WhatsApp UPI)

We also support international currency as well. So if you are from outside of India and want to buy any product then you can pay us via Credit Card or Debit Card.

If by chance you receive the damaged deity then, we will make another for you and. dispatch it to your address without any extra cost. All our shipments have insurance, and we will claim the insurance amount and make another for you. 

Please note: We need proof to claim that you received the damaged deity and for proof please record the video when you do unboxing. by this, we can raise the claim to an insurance company that it is freshly opened at the customer's home and it is received in damaged condition. and it helps a lot in smoothing the claiming process.

Made to order means we will start making the product when we received the order.

Generally, we need 1-3 weeks to make the product. But it depends if the deity size is big then sometimes it may take a bit longer then 1-3 weeks. and as it is delicate work and somehow if it broked during making time then we again need to start from scratch which means your order takes little more time as we promised. but this type of incident happens very rarely 

We will provide regular updates by sharing the latest update on your WhatsApp by sharing the image/video. and in the image/video you can see the process and update on your order. If you find that something is not as per your expectation then you can immediately inform us and we will make the changes as per your expectations.
