Please note that our call service is available from Monday to Saturday, between 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM (IST).
To cancel or change your order, you can initiate a cancel request within 2 days of placing the order. If your order has been delivered, you can request a return.
To cancel, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER ID [Your Order ID]" from your registered email ID.
You can also contact us at our helpline number, (+91)-9429320217. If you registered with a mobile number, please mention it in the email.
To change your order, request a cancellation and then email us with the new product you want. We will adjust the balance amount accordingly. If the new order amount is greater than the canceled order, we will send you a new invoice for the remaining amount. If the new order amount is less, we will refund the remaining amount via UPI/Paytm/PayPal/Stripe Refund or Amazon Gift Card.

If you register with us using a mobile number then you also have to mention the mobile number in the email.
Once we receive the return request we will initiate the return process and arrange the pickup from the delivered address.
- Not all products support return service. But we are sure at Paridhan Street 90% of products are returnable.

Our shipping service is highly reliable and ensures prompt delivery. The delivery time may vary based on your location and other factors, generally taking between 3 to 8 days.
Please note that our shipping service operates on working days only, from Monday to Saturday.
We offer a highly secure payment gateway service and accept multiple payment methods, including COD (Cash on Delivery), UPI (BHIM/GPAY/PhonePe/TrueCaller UPI/WhatsApp UPI), net banking, credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Stripe. Additionally, we support international currencies, so customers from outside India can pay using their credit or debit cards.
In case you receive a damaged deity, we will ensure that a new one is made and dispatched to your address at no extra cost. All of our shipments are insured, and we will claim the insurance amount to make another deity for you. However, we do require proof of the damage to make the claim. Therefore, we recommend recording a video of the unboxing process as proof of the damaged deity. This will assist us in filing a claim with the insurance company and ensure a smoother process.
When you place an order for a "made to order" item, it means that the product will only be made after you have placed your order. Unlike ready-made products that are already in stock and ready to ship, made-to-order items are created specifically for you.
This allows for a greater level of customization and personalization. You can choose the color, size, and other features according to your preferences. However, please keep in mind that since these items are made-to-order, it may take longer for them to be produced and shipped to you. The production time will depend on the complexity of the product and the availability of materials. But rest assured, we will do our best to deliver your made-to-order product as soon as possible.
Our made-to-order products typically require 1-3 weeks for production. However, in some cases, if the deity is large or there are any unexpected damages during the production process, it may take a bit longer than the expected timeframe. Please note that we take great care in creating our products, so these incidents happen very rarely. Rest assured, we will do our best to keep you updated on any delays and get your product to you as soon as possible.
We will keep you updated regularly during the 1-3 week time frame for the made-to-order product. We will send you updates on WhatsApp with images or videos of the progress of your order. This will give you a better understanding of the process and keep you updated on any changes made. If you notice something that does not meet your expectations, please let us know, and we will work to make any necessary changes to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product.
